SMS PTSA Volunteer Information

o       Audit Committee: In June/July need three or more PTSA members to review the Treasurers books

o       Book Fair: Set up and staff the book fair, Fall_____  Spring_____

o       Dance Chaperones: Monitor exits, staff refreshments and provide general supervision at PTSA dances.

o       Dance Committee: Organize the dances

o       Eight Grade Celebration: Organize and run event

o       General Volunteer: Will be emailed or called as needed

o       Library: Cover during the day

o       Membership  Chair:

o       Nominating Committee: In January need three or more PTSA members to identify candidates for next year’s officers.

o       Popcorn: To run on Friday lunchtimes.

o       Sixth Grade: To help with copying throughout the year

o       Staff Appreciation: Help with events for SMS Staff during the school year.

o       Staff Appreciation Chair: To plan the events.
