                    Snoqualmie Middle School PTSA
Your PTSA has a number of ways to raise money to help fund student, teacher, school and parent enrichment.  In the past the money has gone to teacher grants, smart pens, emergency supplies, books, magazines, teacher appreciations, 6th grade welcome barbeques, 8th grade celebrations, computer headsets, science cart, Shakespeare Workshop, guest speakers, Eagle's nest, art projects, office supplies and more.

These fundraising activities are designed to minimize the time, and effort, needed as we realize that everyone has busy lives.

These are the following activities sponsored by your PTSA:

*Pledge Drive-there is only one time during the school year where we ask families to donate at least $30 to your PTSA.  If every family donated on behalf of their child(ren) we would reach our goal of $4000.  This would be in place of going to family, friends and door to door selling candy, chocolate, stationary etc...
Prizes are given out to students who bring their pledges in early, as well as free admission to the school dance.

*Dances-the PTSA will be hosting 2 dances this year.  After initial costs of the DJ and food, the rest of the profit goes back into your PTSA.  For the kids to have fun, and it to be successful, we need volunteers to chaperone, be at the door and work the concession.

*Spirit Wear-we do a big order at the beginning of the year for Spirit Wear, then bi-monthly after this.  Hoodies and t-shirts are available to buy and order through the PTSA.  The cost is $30 for hoodies and $15 for t-shirts.  (Colors are blue, black and grey).  If you would like to personalize the garmet with the name on the back, add an additional $5.  Your PTSA makes a very small profit on each garmet sold.
Please email us if you are interested in purchasing some Spirit Wear. You will be contacted by email when the order is ready for pick at school, by your child.
*Please go into documents on the website for a form to hand in, or email us.

*Book fair-the bookfair is fun for your children, and it also is a great opportunity to have new books purchased for the library. 100% of the proceeds raised at the bookfair goes back into buying new books for your children to read.

We welcome any help and ideas!
